Not too many ideas, no. maybe try to delete the target and implied target windows from your ProfitUI folder and see if that helps (files are eq2ui_mainhud_target.xml and impliedtarget.xml).

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
