Do you get this every time or only once and didn't try again?
Kind of need more information then just you got an error message.
When posting trouble one needs to post
- frequency of the issue
- steps they have tried to resolve the issue
- what was happening on the computer at the time of the error.
- did it download some files and not others.
- the more information we get the better.
