ok, here is the way I have fetish set up. I like it to be clean and tight as you can see. The monster target apears right below my health and power bars. But as you can see I have nothing targeted at the memment. When I am in a full group it perfectly fixs in that empty space in the top left hand corner nice and tight. I find this works very well for me. Looking forward to see how others set ups look as well.
