They are user adjustable however (check the change notes). The background image, on the other hand, is part of the same file I touched for the hotkeys. What you are seeing may be related.

Thanks about this, I checked the changelog and saw the file that was changed/added and removed the file - all is back to normal for me. Think it was just the colors were changed and I hadn't updated.
