C:\Program Files\Sony Online Entertainment\EverQuest 2\UI\ProfitUI\
Also, make sure that the file eq2.ini contains the following lines (make sure the capitalization is correct):
cl_ui_skinname ProfitUI
cl_ui_subdir UI/
If you don't have a eq2.ini file, make one with your favorite text editor and put it in the root of your install directory. Like so:
C:\Program Files\Sony Online Entertainment\EverQuest 2\eq2.ini
Once that is done, take one of the ini files that corresponds with your resolution and copy it to the same place where you put eq2.ini and rename the file to match your character name and the server you play on. For example, if you play at 1280x1024 you take the file named ProfitUI_1280x1024_eq2_uisettings.ini and rename it like so:
server_charactername_eq2_uisettings.ini
And that's about it. If it still doesn't work then I'm not sure what I can do to help. Of course, if you don't have the game installed in the default location just substitute the above paths with the correct one.

Ok I did the eq2.ini file and just put Ui on the first line not Profit UI. And on the second text, you cant put any slashes, at least thats what it tells me. I put the eq2.ini file in the UI folder in the directory, not exactly inside the directory, is that right? And that seems all i need to know, thanks a much!
