Well, two thoughts on this:
- If you've got malicious software on your computer it doesn't matter that the file is not encrypted, since the program could as well read your keystrokes when you type it in.
- It would have to be a very specific trojan that searches for that file which only exists in ProfitUI.
However, if you're still paranoid, you can just leave the password field empty and type the password in manually each time (camping to characters on the same account won't need the password, anyway).
