This has happened to me 3 times already.
When I log in all my chatwindows are gone. There is not even one chat window I can click on to get to window settings /add another chat window. It's as though the game has no chat capabiltiies.
The last two times this happened I just deleted and redid my UI for each character.
Any suggestions?
