Xarox, you are apparently using XP window variant 2 and what you are seeing is "working as intented" - I tried to explain this behaviour in the changelog. Just for reference to the individual integers, let's say the format of an XP number is AB.C - if B=0, it will not be shown (that's how SOE is giving us the data).

EDIT: I'm pretty sure your tradeskill XP was actually 20.0 %

I tried to display an always correct figure by doing automatic calculations on the XP data but it wasn't updating reliably so for now I preferred to go with SOE's data directly.
