Short list here of name's that have changed in the INV window for your reference..
Primary0 = primary
Secondary1 = secondary
(and so on for Head, Legs etc etc)
EQSLOT16 =ammo
EQSLOT15 =ranged
EQSLOT18 =activate1
EQSLOT19 =activate2
EQSLOT9 =left_ring
EQSLOT10 =right_ring
So rename all that EQSLOTXX to the names on the right now and remove all the old dummy icons there where for the misc equipment slots..
As for the "coins" page just remove the Dynamic Data for the coins icons
