Open your Fetish folder and find the file named eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat and delete it, then find the file named _simple_eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat, and renamed it to eq2ui_mainhud_mainchat. Load the game up.
The default settings for Fetish, have hide a scroll chat windows.
