The reason I am asking is that you can't hover over the targets buffs/debuffs and see the mouseover becasue of the transparent window. And if you move them it automaticly goes back to the original setup.
The new broker window looks great too. Keep up the great work.

Oh never gave thought to the tooltips of the target window. I'll set the implied targers main page so it dosn't absorb any input and that should let the mouse over/tooltips work. If it dosn't I'm sure I can find a work around
Maybe merging these two windows would be a better path, I'll do some tinkering with them.
