Hunnar, looks like an installation problem, . You must extract the contents of the .zip to the correct locations. Usually unzip programs should do this automatically but maybe yours is having a problem with this? At least WinRAR or WinZIP should work.

montch2, if you type /load_uisettings you load a default screen layout. Alternatively, you can type Alt-O to get to the options menu.
