The key-binding isn't affected by the UI, but I've seen (not read) some threads on the official forums about keybinds not saving. Maybe something they broke with LU24...
And yes, I plan to put up some links to good addons on the download post. The map spoiler is currently being integrated into the main EQ2MAP mod, btw.
