First of all do you have a folder for your modded UI? If yes then it just needs to be extracted into that folder. If you did that, follow the instructions in the previous post and it should work.
If you don't have a folder, I would suggest downloading
EQ2 Map and then unzipping it in the file it creates. Then follow the instructions in the previous post if it doesn't appear automatically.
