If your setup looks like the image you linked then you havn't configured your uisettings.ini yet. Here is how you do that:
Open up the AUCP ( start->program files->eXtreme->eXtreme AUCP ) once that it is done updating click on AUCP from the main menu then settings. This will open up a settings window. When that window opens click on UI->client config from the menu on the left. Then in the group uisettings.ini click the default button then save. Now click on char config from the menu on the left. In the top box will be a list of characters you have played, in the bottom box is a list of premade uisettings files. Click on the character you will be using then click on a premade uisettings file. If the res you use isn't list you can chose one that is close then tweek it a bit in game.
