The latest version is 2.4.1 - the link is in my signature (when it shows). I didn't yet have the time to create a new post in the download area.
kasai259, at least the issue with the large dotted XP numbers should no longer occur in the latest version. Nobody had yet told me that there are placement issues with the top bar as well, but I can fix it in the same way.
Anyone else with placement issues on other windows?
