You would probably be better off redownloading the full UI, open it and find the file "eq2ui_mainhud_persona" and copy then paste it into your Fetish UI directory within the EQ2 custom Ui folder you're using.
Or, if you aren't using pieces from another UI, you could just replace the entire folder with the updated version. That would probably be the two easiest options for you.
