Do the following;
Start->Run Type in regedit and hit the enter key
When that window opens up ( if allowed) browse this path below.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SOE\EverQuest II\UI\AUCP
You might try uninstalling and reinstalling also.
On the good side, I know I need to add some error checking in the installer to insure it knows all registy data was saved.
