Every time I run [DEVUI UIName] AUCP I get an error:

On the download page it says we're at version 3.23 but the file I downloaded is 3.22
When I click on Notes tab I get:

On Quick Char Switch it loses my Char Name and Server every time I exit and I don't get option in drop down.
And finally after selecting Play Everquest II button to launch EQ2 I get into EQ2 but no new ui, even looking at /loadui there is no Extreme at all!!!
Now guessing user error. But not sure what I could've done wrong in downloading file, running, updating and selecting play, there's no rocket science bit I'm missing is there?
And lastly on exiting AUCP.exe I get AUCP.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close...

How did you install it? The reason you are getting so many errors is because you are missing all the data the AUCP collected at install and needs to read from the registry. Did you block it from writing to the registry? It can not operate if it dosn't have access to the registry.
Version numbers are really pointless at this stage. The install file says 3.22 because thats what LU SOE was at when I uploaded it. The UI says 3.23 becasue eXtreme is on its 3rd major change and it's LU 23 ready.
