I have a general question: The eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml file included with Nightfall 6.4 is dated 01/29/06. I recall posts from months back in this forum saying not to let the EQ2MAP auto-updater overwrite this file. Is this still the case? Which version of the file should we be using?

I have not seen an "all-clear" from Zonx letting us know that we can overwrite this file. The easiest way to test this is let it over-write, then enter the game and test to see if the map is messed up or not. If it is messed up, then just /exit out of the game and replace the "eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml" file in your UI_Folder with the file from Fetish zip folder. Worse case, after running the eq2_map updater you can just re-extract all of the files from the latest Fetish zip folder.
