Try this..

Open EQ2ui_mainhud.xml

add the following lines to your includes..

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildbrowser.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildrecruitingdetails.xml</include>

just above the

</Page>

That should fix ya up.
