In your Profitdirectory, open the eq2ui_mainhud.xml in an editor and insert these two lines just above the </Page>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildbrowser.xml</include>
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_guildrecruitingdetails.xml</include>
