That button was removed in favor of others .. easiest thing to do is hit "O" key then hit macros tab .. make a new macro with this line /togglebags then choose the chest icon (that we all seem to favor for bags). click ok now drag this new macro to your hotbar. or just hit "b" for bags .. they did just add that functionality.

This is a known issue that im not sure if GM9 intends to fix.. the chat does not scroll up past the top if you use tabs, so create another tab and send the useless lotto spam and rolls or some other stuff that is better filtered to that window (you don't actually have to put any text in that window just having the extra tab will fix the problem. Not ideal solutions but works for most of us.

I would also like to see the weight indicators back .. not so much a issue for my guard but it is used more on my templar and conj.
