Why eq2ui_mainhud_harvest.xml still exist? maybe just because...

eq2ui_mainhud_harvest.xml doesn't used since v1.8 (it also already abandoned in defaultUI too)
but v2.2.1 still has eq2ui_mainhud_harvest.xml, we can del it
