When I reskinned the InfoCenter UIBuilder embeded all the txt source into the parent XML files, which basically means all those txt files aren't being pulled into the UI. I'll have to rework the skin with a text editor to fix the problem.
Haven't had time to look at the log window issue. SOE probably nested the list under a new page object and broke the old window.
