Looking for a UI
Ok let me start off by stating to every one that when it comes to using .xml I'm clueless and I ahve tired my hand at ui making using the installed tool in the EQ2 folder couldn't even get started. That being said, I'm looking for a ui that has alot of information on the screen and easy access to buttons with out covering up the entire screen. Dont like alot of fluff that I have seen in some ui's.
Right now I run with on the highest resolution, 1 position away form performance to keep the game running smothely
2 chat screens (thinking of opening another for raids or what ever)
about 5-6 hot bars (which I have made smaller to minimize the amout of window it is taking up) (but have found that with this I still have the dumb number and arrows for each bar prolly cus i didnt open them right and also very touchy buttons have to select the right place in each window to get it to select a spell)
The default mod is the one that I use.
with every thing on the bottom of the screen except the exp bar, compass, and the quest log
Things that I'm a big fan of are the targer or assist window that appears when you select a party member and the compass and world clock just wish it would also have the info digitally.
I have seen the extreem ui and tried to use it but ofr what ever reason it didnt quite look like the picture and didn't have the patience to mess around with it. Prolly something that I did due to being dumb. I
