The broker window puzzles me because that's one of the first things someone asked me to do. I fixed that in an earlier release. I'll check it out in game today, but it should already show al 10 items without the need to scroll.
I've never had problems with the HO window moving back to the middle of the screen. I'll try and duplicate this as well today.
