Remove these lines from the eq2.ini file
cl_letter_box_amount 0.110000
letterbox_frame_visible false
That is what is restting your letterbox... As for some of the windows moving with it yes that does happen even with default UI..
Is it just the merchant window that is missing the icons for the coins or is it all the market windows? .... It seems to be fine on my system here so either I have missed a .dds file out of the download or the reference to the coin icons I have has changed.... Let me know please and I will fix it asap
