This one isn't all that major, but you did say anything. I noticed that in 1280x1024 res that the tier info window gets cut off at the bottom. This would normally not be an issue, but it also will not allow me to resize it. If you can tell me what line of code to mess with and what file, I can manually resize it, but I'm not too familiar with xml, so I'm halfway afraid I'll break it.
