Hey Landiin,
Please remove the "Tooltip" issue from your list as Aeromier was most likely correct in his answer.
I deleted my complete dir, reinstalled and the issue seems to be resolved.
Thanx both for your help in this, and I've got my Extreme UI back, yeay!
