no, all spells above lvl20 are NOT shown in the tabs. I can see the tabs but not the content (the text) itself.
all the *.txt files are in the spells folder */UI/Fetish/spells in my case.

edit: my spell window looks like yours on your screens in the download section but without the text in the tab...hope that helps
