In the default UI, the epic flag crawls down the screen as the health/power changes, or targets change.
It does this on both the target and implied target window, and I don't know enough about the UI to do anything about it.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, or post a fixed window, I would greatly appreciate the help
(and please don't suggest using a custom target window, I haven't seen one I like)
