Swapping to page 2,3 and 4 in the guild bank was an issue with 2.16.2, if you upgraded to 2.16.3 this issue is gone.
On the download page if you click on mark as favorite eq2interface will notify you any time there is an upgrade so you will not be using a dated UI.

Ahh... wonderful! I'm glad my "work-around" was the right thing to do. I'm slowly learning how all these things come together.
