I have the same problem with 1280 x 1024. My LCD monitor will not support anything with greater resolution. Almost all of the windows are out of place, to the point that I just used an older character ini file. However, with the older ini file I run in to all sorts of problems, such as the inability to see page 2, 3, or 4 of guild bank, and some other issues that I found annoying at the time but failed to document. Anything that you can do to help out with this would be awesome! I love this UI, and would never switch to anything else.
Also, I think someone mentioned that they wanted to use the "old" journal system. I found a download that is the old system. It was Valdacil's Journal, and I downloaded it from
http://www.eq2interface.com/download...fo.php?id=4089. Just need to install it into the eXtreme directory under UIs.
