If you are talking about then very thin bar with all of your personal stats this is how you get it back:

1. Open up your persona window. (Default command is: P)
2. Ensure that in "Window Settings" (right click on the Persona Window) you are displaying "Frame & Title Bar," and that the "Normal Opacity" and "Mouse Over Opacity" for this is set to 100.
3. On the Title Bar for the Persona window to the right of the text "Persona" there should be a little button with a "P" in it. Click this button to open/close the Persona Bar. (If you can't see this button you may need to make the Persona Window wider until you can.)

That should work for you. If you want this Persona Bar to appear every time you login and it is not, then you need to read through the posts either in this thread or the thread for Fetish Nightfall, as the question on what files to edit in order to do that has been answered before.
