I don't know about the one that is being pushed with the autoupdater, but as far as the one Mahonri and I have post does indead include the tm_plugins1-5. I don't see why the autoupdater wouldn't be pushing the exact same files we posted.
I am at work atm so maybe Mahonri or Dolby cam take a look at the one being pushed with the auto updater and see if they there. Its just an include in the eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml file that links it to the TM_Plugins. If they are missing should be a big issue or the athers of UI to add that in so plugins work till it gets fixed.
