Actually, it
is the same IOP name. That's why we have so much trouble with the Splitpaw maps - they almost all use the same "Map", IE: Same internal Map Name, but have different portions blocked off. There are quite a few maps that are reused, particularly for smaller instances.
For example, there are about 4 different "zones" for the Cove of Decay, with different mobs, levels, and events. The same is true for the "Trembling Lagoon" and, heck, even all of Cazic Thule is used for the Froglock Epic zone.
