Just wanted to put that in.
Now to my issue...
In the EQ2 Help under "Knowledge"
I was unable to look up topics or was also unable to send a ticket.
Is this Sony related or is this UI related?
Keep up the awesome job. 
We can all certainly count ourself lucky to have you so dedicated to EQ2.
