did u install the 2 font files included with the Profit_17c.zip INTO YOUR: C:\Windows\Fonts Folder?
if so... and are still having a problem
INGAME -> Options -> User Interface -> Game Windows -> turn smooth fonts off, turn off Use small sans serif font
