I haven't read through all 14 pages of posts, but on the ones I have read I didn't see this problem.

Whenever I target anything, the target window shrinks back to the original size, covering up my pet health information. I have locked the window settings and it still happens.

any ideas as to what is wrong? In case it matters, I am running at 1600 by 1200.
