Hmm as stated before that chat issue is SOE's bug not the ui, so there isn't a thing I can do about it besides delete some tabs and I'll leave what tabs to delete up to the user.
For the 100 sk /shrug. Im looking into atm but I think its just happening to the people that are using con 1.
