he wasnt saying that you didnt try it, it think what he was saying was you didnt say what you had tried to fix it. because if they know what you tried to do to fix it, it can usually narrow down the problem when they try to figure out what the problem is thats all.
I dont want this to turn into a flame war(this isnt the soe forums...LOL) it was just a misunderstanding; im sure profit will fix it when he gets a chance to look at it.
