First of all I use photoshop so any directions I give will be with that in mind. As for the Guildlogo.dds there are 4 layers RGB, red, blue, green, and alpha. RGB is a combo layer that lets you edit Red, blue, and green all at once. Basically just delete the Guild Logo text by using box tool then cut from the edit menu if u end up with a white box use the paint bucket to fill this in. Then use the Text tool and whatever effects you want to create your logo. If you create another layer the guild logo will show through wherever you didnt put any color because the layer is transparent. Im not sure how to break it down any simpler. Really it just takes some tinkering. I just started using photoshop about 2 or 3 weeks ago so I'm pretty new to it myself. BTW if anyone knows how to created diagonal lines in photoshop pls let me know. I use shift and pencil tool to make the horizontal and vertical lines but cant find what is used to make diagonal.
