Navigate into the ol ThorUI directory and rename "eq2ui_tradeskills.xml" to "eq2ui_tradeskills.xml.old"
That way you have a backup.
As for the begin and repeat not alligned, I'll see what I can do about that with the next release.
Oh, almost forgot, enter works for those as well.
