You can unlock all windows in the options page in game.....
Also alot of UIs use the chat windows at either side of the main windows all you gotta do is size them up or down to fit it all in... There is alot of UI's I could point you to but probably Jaxels OCD would work best at that rez as it will all fit in where it is placed if you with me ... If you go for my mods then you gotta do the chatbox thing... Hope this helps you a bit
