You get the proper name via going into your "*\EverQuest II\cache\ioplans" directory, sort by date. Log into the game and goto the dungeon. Now refresh ( F5) the directory and let us know what the newest file name is.

For instance, I went into Edgewater and now the newest file is fprt_sewer02+fprt_sewer03.iop
