In your *\everquest II\UI\eq2map directory you will see a file named eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml. This a replacement for the one that is provided by Sony. Now that you know this, I can say that if you see a custom interface that you like, put the files in this directory as well and they will automatically be used. To stop using them, just move them out.
