there sure is, if you go back to the download page for the updater there is a section about command line options, look for the /setautolaunch command. once you set the the new autolaunch file using that command you will want to remove it form the place you add it to (the directions explain where to add it) or it will think you want to set what file to autolaunch every time. the new version will make this process much easier by adding a button in the program to do this.
