Based on that internal zone name, it looks like this instanced zone shares it's map with a 5-room (probably) Freeport home, so the POIs might be inappropriate to include, but the other stuff is all good. There's the slim chance of allowing different POI sets for this as opposed to the housing instance, but don't hold your breath.
