Bags not saving location is a SOE bug that appears to be corupting server setting ini files on the client end. Binton posted a replacement file in my
FetishClassic thread that's supposed to fix the problem.

Nothing on my end should affect how a checkbox alters a search/remove other than disabeling it alltogether.
